I thought you might get a kick out of this. It’s a pretty sweet video of a 4th degree Jiu Jitsu black belt. I have never quite seen anything so complicated, yet so simple. I guess that’s the way Jiu Jitsu is…easy when you watch someone else do it, but difficult when you get on your back and try it.
