Sure he takes 10% of the rent, but you dont have to deal with finding tenants, or even the fact they can not change a light bulb. I am breaking even for now, but it is only been 3 years. Good times. Good memories, excellent details. I actually own two rental properties in Oneonta that I rent out to SUNY students. I used to party at the house right across the street from one that I own. Wierd feeling looking at a house with your daughter and wife where right across the street you threw up on the lawn. Craig got me back a little later that year by selling a $1000.00 Lawn mower I was keeping at his house. When I asked him where it was he replied... I thought it was garbage. I loved the way you told that story, it was like I re-lived that awesome day! Just for the record, I would do it again.
