They didn't send anyone out to measure, I came to the store with a computer drawn diagram of the empty kitchen. The only thing that was just a hair off was the cabinet that holds the sink. The sink is centered on the window, the cabinet underneath is off by about 1 inch, but you never notice it. We did our stuff through Lowes and it came out pretty good.
