nothing works with Vista. I could name it all but I keep finding new things. The latest today is the Intel chipset detection utilty. Yesterday was the Win media recorder and U tube grabber. Before that it was Blueberry screen recorder before that it was the wirelss networking drivers. I finally fixed that but I cant take it anymore. I have an expensive laptop that all I can do is surf the net. I tried to get more advice from my place of purchase but when I went into the computer store the salesman was sleeping against the pole. I was the only customer in the store and felt bad waking him up. He told me to wait six months for MS to release another operating system. Should I wait or just go buy an Apple?

I couldn't agree more. I have had the same kind of minor issues with every new version of Windows. Windows 95 had minor compatablity and driver issues. Windows 98 same thing, XP same thing. The only OS that I can think of that did not have any real transition issues was Windows 2000, although there were a few things that had problems with NTFS at that time. I wonder if the internet had been as big and powerful years ago when Windows 95 came out what would have been said. I can only imagine how negative things would have been.
